Jobs at ISHIR

Lead the architecture, development, and release of cross-platform React Native applications for client products. Build native iOS and Android modules, mentor engineers, manage CI/CD and app-store releases, integrate APIs and third-party services, and establish responsible AI-assisted development practices. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams on feasibility, roadmaps, proposals, and solution architecture while ensuring performance, security, accessibility, and code quality.

Design, develop, fine-tune, and productionize ML and Generative AI/LLM solutions. Build end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, modeling, deployment, monitoring), implement RAG and vector DB architectures, apply prompt/context engineering and MLOps best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize models for performance, latency, scalability, and cost.

Design, test, and iterate prompts and context strategies; build end-to-end LLM-powered application features (frontend to API); create reusable prompt libraries and eval sets; use AI-native tooling (Cursor, Claude Code); document prompt/version history for reproducibility and client transparency.
