Manage marine and liner husbandry, vessel operations and crew logistics for assigned ports. Supervise junior staff, ensure QHSSE and QMS compliance, maintain port and operational data in company systems, manage vendor and debt control, produce KPI and intelligence reports, and act as liaison with principals, port, customs and immigration authorities.

Coordinate CLS service requests by assigning performing offices in the Optic system, ensure KPI and HSSE compliance, validate and dispatch PDAs/CEs, input sales leads into Salesforce, maintain Inchcape/ISS systems, escalate operational issues, and support team collaboration and process adherence.

Lead West Coast India port and marine operations, oversee vessel husbandry, crew logistics, vendor management, QHSSE compliance, Optic LPA/FIS data integrity, reporting, team supervision, and stakeholder liaison with ports, customs, and principals.

Coordinate marine supply chain activities including RFQs, supplier sourcing, ordering, delivery follow-up, invoicing and accounts payable/receivable. Ensure cost-efficient logistics, maintain customer relationships, track costs and create invoices/reports in Salesforce, support MSCH growth and deliver timely shipments.

The Finance Executive will manage financial transactions, ensure timely processing of invoices, maintain records, assist in financial closings, ensure compliance with regulations, and support management with financial reports.
