The Launchpad Engineering Program offers students the opportunity to engage in algorithmic trading technology and software development, enhancing their skills through workshops and challenges. Participants will receive mentorship and have a chance to be fast-tracked for internships.

The program provides an immersive experience in trading, focusing on market making, risk management, and strategic decision-making through simulations and mentorship.

The Strategy Manager will define strategic priorities, support execution, solve strategic problems, and analyze external insights for IMC's growth.
