Serves as a technical authority for 5G NTN and hybrid satellite-terrestrial solutions. Leads presales engagements, RFP/RFI/RFQ responses, architecture design, customer workshops, demonstrations, trials, and system-level engineering analysis. Collaborates with operators, vendors, cloud providers, and partners on interoperability and feasibility. Supports solution sizing, pricing inputs, product strategy, and roadmap direction while applying expertise in 5G RAN, satellite systems, 3GPP standards, and cloud-native architectures.

Designs, develops, tests, integrates, and supports software for satellite communications systems within an Agile Scrum team. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, creating software architectures, developing multi-threaded and multi-process Linux applications in C++, troubleshooting deployment issues, and addressing embedded real-time challenges. The role collaborates with software, firmware, embedded, application, and test engineers while contributing to system direction, reliability, performance, documentation, technical leadership, and mentoring.

Leads enterprise portfolio governance across product platforms, subcontractors, lifecycle transitions, modernization, and migration programs. Integrates plans, risks, dependencies, decisions, milestones, acceptance evidence, and executive reporting across Product, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, Sales, and customer teams. Governs supplier performance, readiness stages, change control, and execution systems while improving governance frameworks, KPIs, cadences, controls, and cross-functional accountability.

Supports sales activities by designing satellite-based IP networks, delivering technical presentations and demonstrations, developing accurate proposals, and addressing customer technical issues. Performs system design, integration, network performance analysis, implementation support, training, and professional services engagements. Requires strong networking, telecommunications, RF, satellite communications, and troubleshooting expertise, with global customer support and travel of 40% or more.
