Lead development and deployment of production-grade internal and customer-facing software, including scalable Big Data pipelines and cloud-native services. Responsibilities include Agile delivery, CI/CD, automated testing, defect analysis, production monitoring, stakeholder demonstrations, backlog planning, and 24/7 product support. The role requires strong Java backend development, Flink and Kafka expertise, REST APIs, AWS and Kubernetes deployment, databases, and DevOps practices.

Own and continuously improve the company-wide software error and defect management framework. Govern Jira workflows, templates, fields, dashboards, KPIs, SLAs, and reporting while defining integrations and data mappings with systems such as ServiceNow. Lead defect lifecycle practices, process governance, escalation, and cross-functional alignment across multiple products and teams without direct authority.

Develop and manage advanced Tableau dashboards, reporting, and BI solutions. Clean and standardize data with data science and engineering teams, write SQL queries, manage ETL processes, optimize dashboard performance, and administer Tableau workbooks, permissions, and refresh schedules. Provide end-user support, documentation, and data storytelling for nontechnical users while integrating databases and cloud services.

Lead software engineer designing and developing scalable systems that enrich and publish global points-of-interest data. Responsibilities include full lifecycle development, automation, testing, deployment, configuration management, production support, performance optimization, AI/ML algorithm implementation, deep learning optimization, and collaboration with users and engineering teams. The role also involves translating requirements into reliable software designs, improving development practices, and mentoring team members.

Validates HERE HD Map and Base Map products through functional, regression, manual, and automated testing. Develops test plans, cases, and datasets; validates geospatial data pipelines; analyzes results; and tracks defects. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, and QA teams to define scenarios, investigate inconsistencies, improve testing processes, and ensure product quality.

Lead UI design across HERE’s global website ecosystem, delivering responsive, accessible, scalable visual and interaction experiences. Own design execution from discovery through handoff, establish reusable components and standards within the HERE Design System, support experimentation and A/B testing, and use user insights and performance data to refine solutions. Collaborate with UX, content, product, development, marketing, and agencies while mentoring designers and driving design quality without direct management responsibility.

Leads advanced data science and machine learning initiatives for global-scale digital map-making. Defines technical direction, develops predictive and statistical models, applies AI technologies, and drives deployment across scalable big data environments. Provides technical leadership for complex projects, collaborates with engineering and architecture teams, explains predictive solutions to executives, and mentors data scientists and engineers.

Create accessible, brand-consistent web graphics and digital visual assets for campaigns, launches, content updates, websites, and email. Translate complex technology concepts into compelling visual stories while collaborating with UX, UI, Content, Marketing, Product, Development, agencies, and subject matter experts. Manage design requests, optimize and publish assets through content systems, maintain reusable design libraries, participate in sprint workflows, and present design rationale to stakeholders.

Lead the architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring of production-grade machine learning systems for high-definition, ADAS, ISA, and IVI maps. Lead work across computer vision, NLP, deep learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, MLOps, data ingestion, model training, inference, and scalable cloud or in-vehicle deployment. Provide technical leadership, conduct architecture and code reviews, integrate ML outputs with mapping workflows, and translate business requirements into reliable ML system designs.
