Coordinate cargo operations including vessel loading and discharge, terminal activities, customs and dangerous-goods documentation, container tracking, special handling, stakeholder communication, and operational reporting. Reconcile planned versus actual activity, maintain deadlines and cutoffs, resolve exceptions, monitor compliance with port and customs regulations, and ensure accurate, timely execution against service-level agreements and operational KPIs.

Coordinates vessel cargo loading and discharge, terminal activities, customs and dangerous-goods documentation, reefer and out-of-gauge handling, operational exceptions, stakeholder communication, and planned-versus-actual reconciliation. Maintains deadlines, records, manifests, reports, and compliance with port, terminal, marine, and customs requirements while meeting service-level agreements and operational KPIs.

Develops and manages a portfolio of small and medium-sized customers, achieves annual sales business development targets, promotes digital products, prepares quotations, conducts customer calls and quarterly business reviews, evaluates customer potential, and provides market intelligence. The role coordinates with internal teams, follows up on pricing and customer business, supports administrative filings, analyzes data, and optimizes cargo volume and profitability.
