Senior SAP developer responsible for designing and building SAP EHS, Product Compliance, and sustainability solutions in S/4HANA and SAP BTP. Deliver ABAP and cloud integrations, Fiori/UI5 front-ends, OData services, and DevOps-enabled deployments while supporting product compliance content and architecture for manufacturing and chemicals/pharma clients.

Lead optimisation of cloud and enterprise AI investments by implementing FinOps practices, monitoring and reporting spend, creating cost-allocation and chargeback models, governing AI adoption, partnering with technical and business teams, providing forecasting and strategic recommendations, and driving measurable savings and accountability across the organisation.

Build talent pipelines for specialist and hard-to-fill global roles, conduct talent market and competitor research, and provide insights on availability, compensation, and hiring trends. Source and engage candidates through professional networks and databases, maintain ATS and CRM records, support workforce planning and employer branding, and develop data-driven sourcing and candidate engagement strategies. The role partners with recruiters, hiring managers, and global stakeholders while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality.
