Manages compliance testing, monitoring, reporting, and regulatory issue validation for Equifax’s India business. The role develops testing methodologies, assesses compliance risks, reviews policies, documents findings, coordinates remediation, supports RBI inspection tracking, convenes compliance committees, and communicates regulatory changes. It also partners with business process owners, Internal Audit, and compliance teams to strengthen controls, identify best practices, and escalate significant compliance matters while safeguarding client and company assets.

Support enterprise strategy and growth initiatives through market research, competitive analysis, market sizing, partnership evaluation, business cases, go-to-market planning, and executive communications. Coordinate with business, product, analytics, technology, and external stakeholders to execute strategic programs, track governance, and translate recommendations into measurable outcomes across the credit, data, analytics, and fintech ecosystem.

Own the full lifecycle of Equifax’s commercial credit bureau products, including strategy, roadmaps, design, development, launch, growth, and retirement. Lead MSME risk product expansion, regulatory alignment, prioritization, partnerships, pricing, packaging, sales enablement, revenue growth, and cross-functional delivery. Collaborate with clients, sales, global product teams, and internal stakeholders to create competitive offerings for the lending market.

Engage prospects and customers to design and implement Data Science and AI solutions across risk, marketing, and collections; lead demos, POCs, proposals, GTM materials, and work with sales and delivery teams to win and implement deals.
