Collaborates on designing, coding, testing, documenting, debugging, and maintaining complex software components. Resolves production issues, participates in reviews and architectural decisions, researches emerging technologies, and mentors junior team members while meeting project requirements and deadlines.

Leads multiple financial, operational, and regulatory audit engagements, investigations, risk assessments, and annual audit planning. Oversees audit policies, standards, budgets, schedules, action-plan follow-up, executive and Audit Committee reporting, co-sourced partners, and team resource allocation. Builds cross-functional partnerships, ensures professional standards and regulatory awareness, monitors service quality, trains and evaluates audit staff, and supports recruiting efforts.

Manages internal audit engagements, including risk assessments, audit planning, controls testing, data analytics, stakeholder coordination, reporting, remediation follow-up, and team supervision. Oversees financial, operational, and technology audits; develops recommendations, presentations, training, and control-reporting tools. Supports enterprise risk management and annual audit planning while ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Supports data pipeline development and maintenance, performs basic data engineering and processing tasks, collaborates on data initiatives, follows data quality and security standards, and develops skills under senior team guidance.

Supports security operations through monitoring, incident response, threat detection, policy implementation, security technology evaluation, troubleshooting, metrics reporting, and security awareness training. The role manages security infrastructure, collaborates across teams to reduce client risks, and requires substantial security operations experience plus two certifications from CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CEH.

Analyze business requirements, convert them into Ingenium code, debug business process flows, design system changes, and implement online and batch processing. Develop unit test plans and cases, participate in functional walkthroughs, create technical specifications, document modules and processes, and identify optimal solutions. The role requires Ingenium architecture and web services knowledge, coding expertise, technical documentation skills, and experience across Windows, Unix, and AIX platforms.
