Lead enterprise AI deployments from discovery through production rollout. Responsibilities include understanding customer workflows, defining pilot scope and success metrics, creating engineering deployment plans, coordinating Product, Engineering, and customer stakeholders, managing risks and blockers, supporting launches, monitoring deployed agents, driving improvements, and identifying expansion opportunities. The role requires onsite customer engagement and comfort with APIs, MCP, data flows, and system integrations.

Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound phone outreach to medical practices, healthcare institutions, and other organizations. Generate leads, present services, address objections, schedule appointments or demonstrations, maintain CRM records, meet call and conversion targets, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support partnerships and revenue growth.

Lead and close complex enterprise SaaS and AI deals, expand strategic accounts, generate new customer opportunities, manage sales pipelines in HubSpot, exceed revenue targets, and build executive relationships. The role requires solution-based selling, strong negotiation and presentation skills, fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu, and experience collaborating with system integrators and hyperscalers in high-growth environments.

Build AI agents that transform enterprise workflows, integrating with customer tools, data, and business processes. Embed with customers to identify problems, create technical plans, deploy production systems, monitor outcomes, and iterate based on real-world evidence. Own projects from discovery through launch while balancing architecture, reliability, speed, and user experience. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve the platform and develop reusable tools and best practices.
