Leads end-to-end data products from ingestion and transformation through semantic modeling, Power BI reporting, documentation, governance, and user adoption. Builds Microsoft Fabric pipelines, Lakehouse or Warehouse architectures, dimensional models, and secure, optimized Power BI solutions. Analyzes data, supports advanced analytics and AI-assisted reporting, establishes quality and CI/CD practices, collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders, and manages data engineers through objectives, reviews, and development.

Owns the organization’s CI/CD estate across application and data platforms. Responsibilities include building GitHub Actions workflows, migrating Azure DevOps pipelines, enforcing release and security standards, implementing Terraform or Bicep infrastructure as code, supporting Snowflake and Microsoft Fabric delivery, establishing DORA metrics, and coaching engineering teams on DevOps best practices.

Coordinate and deliver training for an SAP S/4HANA transformation: plan schedules, organise sessions and logistics, create and update training materials with SMEs, track attendance and completion, report progress, gather feedback, and support post-go-live refresher and user readiness activities.

Design, build and deploy AI workflows using Azure AI, Copilot Studio and Microsoft Fabric; integrate solutions with SAP and Salesforce; own end-to-end delivery, DevOps/MLOps/AIOps practices, governance, monitoring, and stakeholder adoption; provide technical leadership and reusable patterns to scale AI adoption across the business.

Perform and manage physical testing of medical devices in a controlled ISO 13485/9001 lab. Design, validate, and execute test methods, collect and analyze data to GLP/GMP/GDP standards, author validation protocols/reports, perform investigations and root-cause analysis, and support laboratory operations and equipment maintenance.

Provide in-house support and development for Siemens Teamcenter PLM in a regulated medical device environment: resolve Tier 1-3 incidents, develop custom ITK/BMIDE/Active Workspace solutions, manage server administration and migrations, author controlled validation and technical documentation, support CSV activities and audits, manage change control, and deliver end-user training and helpdesk support.

Lead and manage a Teamcenter support team, act as escalation point for complex incidents, design/customise Teamcenter using ITK/BMIDE/AWC, oversee server administration, maintain validated state via CSV (IQ/OQ/PQ), author controlled validation and technical documentation, manage change control and audits, and coach the support team to meet SLAs in a regulated medical device environment.
