Own the roadmap, feature development, backlog prioritization, customer communications, and competitive positioning for CometChat’s core chat, calls, moderation, and AI Agent products. Partner with engineering, design, leadership, and go-to-market teams to ship growth-focused capabilities. Use AI throughout discovery, product definition, prototyping, development, launch, and measurement while communicating effectively with customers and technical stakeholders.

Support Crossword’s go-to-market with a primary focus on content and social media. Research market trends and customer pain points, write and edit blogs, social posts, emails, and collateral, create demo scripts, manage social channels, and report performance. Also assist with prospect list building, data enrichment, CRM hygiene, outbound campaigns, competitive research, and GTM reporting. The role requires daily AI-tool use, strong American English writing, organization, and full-time availability from the Mumbai office.

Own CometChat’s full-funnel growth engine across SEO, AEO, paid advertising, conversion rate optimization, reporting, marketing tooling, and automation. Set strategy, prioritize initiatives, manage campaigns and budgets, conduct SEO audits and A/B tests, improve website conversions, maintain analytics and attribution, and connect traffic to leads and pipeline. The role directs supporting content, design, and development resources while independently managing marketing platforms and low-code automations.
