Analyzes trade, shipment, ERP, logistics, and landed-cost data to support global trade compliance. Builds dashboards, scorecards, recurring reports, and digital tools using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, and related technologies. Supports data quality, origin and free trade agreement analyses, duty optimization, trade-flow monitoring, and risk identification. Collaborates with Trade, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, IT, and business teams to deliver reliable, audit-ready insights and scalable compliance solutions.

Manage end-to-end customer order-to-cash activities, including onboarding, master data, order processing, shipping documentation, billing, collections support, and complaint resolution. Coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely customer service. Provide portal training, manage credit and debit notes, support business changes and first orders, and identify process improvements. The role requires SAP R/3 experience, international trade knowledge, strong stakeholder management, and at least five years of relevant experience.
