Design, build, deploy, integrate, and optimize production voice AI agents for enterprise clients. Develop backend integrations using APIs, WebSockets, webhooks, CRM systems, cloud services, and AI frameworks. Monitor agent performance, analyze logs and traces, conduct root-cause investigations, optimize conversational funnels, and lead client workshops and deployment reviews.

Leads technical delivery of government voice AI deployments from scoping through launch and post-launch reporting. Owns architecture, integrations, security, hosting, compliance, RFP solutioning, technical bids, estimates, SLAs, demos, and executive stakeholder communication. Personally handles complex deployments while managing a forward-deployed engineering team. Requires hands-on software, cloud, API, SQL, monitoring, and LLM application expertise, plus frequent collaboration with product, engineering, government departments, and senior officials.
