Support private markets and alternatives middle/back-office operations: reconcile IBOR data, manage settlements and exceptions, analyze legal documentation, engage with clients and counterparties, drive process automation, and maintain controls to mitigate operational risk.

Supports private markets and alternative investment operations through loan and trade settlements, IBOR reconciliation, exception management, documentation analysis, and discrepancy resolution. Works with clients, agents, borrowers, counterparties, and internal teams across private credit, project finance, real assets, CLOs, and syndicated loans. Leads process automation and control enhancements while maintaining regulatory compliance, accurate portfolio records, and high service standards.

Supports private markets and alternative investment operations, including loan and private market settlements, reconciliations, exception management, documentation analysis, and IBOR data integrity. Collaborates with clients, agents, borrowers, counterparties, and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain controls, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve processes through automation. Requires strong knowledge of private credit, real assets, project finance, trading instruments, settlement processes, and investment management.
