Performs institutional investment accounting for insurance clients, including analyzing accounting data, preparing client reporting packages, completing NAIC reconciliations, reviewing exceptions, supporting audits, and responding to client requests. Leads private credit fund accounting operations, including book closings, NAV and fee reviews, capital statements, fund expenses, financial statements, compliance reporting, investor requests, and coordination with administrators, auditors, and internal stakeholders. Oversees daily fund accounting activities and manages Fund Accounting Analysts and Associates.

Process and verify accounts payable invoices, approvals, supplier details, payments, allocations, and vendor communications. Maintain accurate invoice data in Workday, provide payment updates, conduct supplier analytics, and support the Vendor Risk Management Program. Collaborate with global AP teams, improve processes and controls, resolve issues, and assist with special projects. The role requires working New York hours from Mumbai and maintaining accuracy during high-volume periods.
