Lead BitGo’s Ecosystem engineering team, driving integrations for new blockchains and supporting institutional clients. Responsibilities include setting technical and product vision, coaching and hiring engineers, owning quality, delivery, availability, and performance, leading engineering initiatives, prioritizing roadmaps, and managing stakeholder collaboration across global teams. The role requires hands-on technical involvement, blockchain knowledge or interest, and onsite work in Bangalore.

Provide white-glove technical support to institutional clients via phone, email, and chat; triage and resolve issues or escalate appropriately; maintain communication until resolution; develop playbooks; participate in on-call rotation and work defined AMER shift onsite in Bangalore.

Triage and respond to security alerts across endpoints, cloud, SaaS, and applications; write and tune detection rules mapped to MITRE ATT&CK to reduce false positives; escalate and assist in incident response; run projects to improve monitoring and visibility; collaborate with Engineering and IT. Requires some weekend and occasional evening coverage; role is onsite in Bangalore.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend APIs, libraries, and services for an API-first crypto platform. Own features from inception to deployment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure performance and reliability, write tests, participate in code reviews, document APIs, and mentor peers. Focus on API design, microservices, database integration, and blockchain/cryptocurrency domain considerations.
