Supports music release marketing campaigns by processing vendor invoices, tracking expenses and budgets, briefing media buys, coordinating with internal teams and agencies, maintaining project workflows, and monitoring campaign deliverables, timelines, quality, and reporting.

Supports general ledger accounting and financial close activities for French entities. Responsibilities include journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, variance analysis, reporting schedules, audit support, internal controls, procedure documentation, and process improvement. The role is based in Mumbai and collaborates closely with the France accounting team to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

Reviews copyright and ownership documentation, assesses competing rights claims and legal or operational risks, manages disputes and escalations, and coordinates takedowns, counter-notices, reinstatements, and claim withdrawals with DSPs, clients, labels, publishers, artists, and rights holders. Maintains case records, communicates findings, and helps improve copyright verification workflows, SOPs, and documentation standards.

Deploy and integrate Sage X3 Finance across international subsidiaries. Responsibilities include gap analysis, requirements gathering, functional specifications, multi-legislation configuration, data migration, SQL reporting, development oversight, testing, user training, hypercare support, and change management. The consultant acts as guardian of the Sage X3 core model and ensures scalable, standardized ERP solutions.

Leads end-to-end finance integration projects for newly acquired subsidiaries, overseeing scope, governance, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, executive reporting, change management, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. Coordinates local and central management with technical and regulatory workstreams to ensure successful post-merger integration. Requires substantial Big Four audit experience, finance transformation expertise, project management proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Maintain and evolve the Sage X3 Finance ERP: support RUN activities and deliver BUILD enhancements. Develop L4G customizations, build and optimize Crystal Reports, create technical solutions from functional specs, perform unit/integration testing, document developments, estimate effort, and collaborate with stakeholders and the Sage X3 tech lead to ensure stable, scalable ERP integrations and interfaces.
