Supports the evolution of Sage X3 Finance through business requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, integrations, testing, documentation, training, and post-go-live support. Deploy and integrate Sage X3 Finance across acquired international subsidiaries. Responsibilities include gap analysis, requirements and functional specifications, multi-country configuration, data migration, SQL reporting, API and L4G development oversight, testing, training, hypercare support, and change management. The consultant safeguards the Sage X3 core model, applies best practices, coordinates local integrators, and ensures successful transition to ongoing support.

Leads finance transformation and process improvement initiatives across P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A. Responsibilities include optimizing, standardizing, and automating transactional finance processes; coordinating international stakeholders; supporting finance systems and workflow enhancements; managing governance, risks, dependencies, and project delivery; and embedding change management, training, communication, and user adoption. The role requires strong finance process expertise, project management capability, stakeholder influence, and knowledge of automation and AI-enabled solutions.

Supports general ledger accounting and financial close activities for French entities. Responsibilities include journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, variance analysis, reporting schedules, audit support, internal controls, procedure documentation, and process improvement. The role is based in Mumbai and collaborates closely with the France accounting team to ensure accurate records and timely reporting.

Reviews copyright and ownership documentation, assesses competing rights claims and legal or operational risks, manages disputes and escalations, and coordinates takedowns, counter-notices, reinstatements, and claim withdrawals with DSPs, clients, labels, publishers, artists, and rights holders. Maintains case records, communicates findings, and helps improve copyright verification workflows, SOPs, and documentation standards.

Leads end-to-end finance integration projects for newly acquired subsidiaries, overseeing scope, governance, schedules, budgets, risks, milestones, executive reporting, change management, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement. Coordinates local and central management with technical and regulatory workstreams to ensure successful post-merger integration. Requires substantial Big Four audit experience, finance transformation expertise, project management proficiency, and strong leadership and communication skills.
