Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for French and Luxembourg entities, prepare journal and closing entries, manage fixed assets, intercompany transactions and bank reconciliations, ensure VAT and tax compliance, prepare local financial statements, support audits, and contribute to process improvements.

The consultant will perform integration of Sage X3 ERP across subsidiaries, conduct gap analysis, manage data migration, build SQL queries, and lead user training.

The Business Controller will lead the Finance team in management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring efficient cash management and cross-functional collaboration.

Lead and manage the statutory consolidation process and IFRS consolidated financial statements. Plan and execute monthly and annual closings, calculate consolidation entries (including M&A), supervise intercompany reconciliations, perform controls and analyses (working capital, cash flow, equity, tax), draft group procedures, support M&A and corporate development, and act as primary contact for external auditors.
