Manage a portfolio of publishing clients as primary contact, driving retention and revenue through strategic guidance, proactive outreach, cross-team collaboration, quarterly business reviews, and tailored publishing strategies. Oversee onboarding, resolve client issues, identify upsell opportunities, represent clients internally, and support client engagement initiatives and industry outreach.

Lead finance transformation projects to optimize, standardize and automate transactional processes (P2P, O2C, R2R). Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, define scope and success metrics, manage governance and risks, support finance systems implementation, ensure data quality and compliance, and drive change management and user adoption across regions and business units.

Lead global HR and Central Platform Opex controlling with focus on tech and product. Own budgeting, forecasting, multiyear planning, cloud and platform cost optimization, headcount/FTE planning, month-end closings, financial reporting and dashboards. Partner with Tech, Product, and HR leadership to build business cases, model ROI, and influence strategic decisions. Manage and develop a distributed controller team across Mumbai and France and contribute to global controlling and HR process and tool improvements.

Lead and manage the statutory consolidation process and IFRS consolidated financial statements. Plan and execute monthly and annual closings, calculate consolidation entries (including M&A), supervise intercompany reconciliations, perform controls and analyses (working capital, cash flow, equity, tax), draft group procedures, support M&A and corporate development, and act as primary contact for external auditors.

Maintain and evolve the Sage X3 Finance ERP: support RUN activities and deliver BUILD enhancements. Develop L4G customizations, build and optimize Crystal Reports, create technical solutions from functional specs, perform unit/integration testing, document developments, estimate effort, and collaborate with stakeholders and the Sage X3 tech lead to ensure stable, scalable ERP integrations and interfaces.

Own and administer the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) platform to support budgeting, forecasting and management reporting. Ensure availability, performance, integrations, data quality, security and releases. Coordinate vendors, lead improvements, manage UAT/testing, provide training, maintain documentation and report roadmaps and KPIs to Finance stakeholders.

Lead customer reporting operations for Labels & Artists Solutions, manage a team, own SLAs and Jira backlog, investigate complex royalty/reporting issues using SQL and reporting tools, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, enforce process discipline and documentation, and drive operational excellence and stakeholder communication.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts for French and Luxembourg entities, prepare journal and closing entries, manage fixed assets, intercompany transactions and bank reconciliations, ensure VAT and tax compliance, prepare local financial statements, support audits, and contribute to process improvements.
