Manage day-to-day finance operations including invoicing, AR/AP, GST and TDS compliance, bank and ledger reconciliations, month-end close, provisioning/accruals, and cash flow reporting. Use Tally Prime and MS Excel to handle e-invoicing, international/interoffice payments, evaluator/vendor payments, audit support, and deliver internal MIS and reports within agreed deadlines while complying with ISO 27001 requirements.

Partner with business leaders to align people strategy, oversee HR governance and compliance across India and select international markets, drive talent acquisition and workforce planning, manage employee lifecycle and relations, lead HR operations and team, administer payroll and rewards governance, and advance HRIS/automation, analytics, and ISO-aligned processes to improve employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Provide end-to-end HR operational support including recruitment coordination, onboarding/offboarding, payroll inputs, employee relations, L&D and performance support, HRIS reporting, compliance (Indian labour laws, ISO 27001), vendor and office administration, and regional HR coordination for India and select international locations.

Edit and proofread project reports for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and relevance. Listen to audio recordings when needed and populate reports, flagging contradictions and communicating issues to project teams. Coordinate with Operations on client change requests and meet deadlines for report completion.

Review raw video footage and redact sensitive content using blurring, masking, and motion-tracking. Perform frame-by-frame masking, QA final videos and accompanying reports, maintain organized files and version control, flag compliance concerns, and deliver completed reports on schedule while collaborating with stakeholders on privacy requirements.
