Own the architecture, technical direction, reliability, cost efficiency, and adoption of Atlassian’s analytical data platform. Coordinate with solution engineers, customer success, technical account managers, channel partners, and marketing teams. Build executive relationships, lead consultative solution selling, uncover expansion opportunities, and support cloud migration and business outcomes.

Leads Atlassian’s India mid-market account executive team, developing regional sales strategies, expanding market share, managing key customer relationships, coaching sellers, setting performance goals, recruiting talent, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves executive engagement, market analysis, pipeline management, value-selling enablement, and reporting to senior leadership.

Lead design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure and platform services. Improve reliability, automation, CI/CD, observability, and security. Collaborate with engineering teams to define best practices and troubleshoot production incidents.

Performs manual white-box penetration testing, application security assessments, vulnerability hunting, and code reviews across Atlassian software, platforms, and services. Partners with security, engineering, and infrastructure teams to validate technical controls and strengthen security. The role requires understanding web application and cloud security, coding in Java, Python, or Go, leading projects, mentoring practitioners, and communicating with technical teams.

Own territory vision and GTM for Atlassian Service Collection in India. Drive funnel/account planning, collaborate with AEs, Marketing, Customer Success, partners, represent at events, and support RFP/RFI responses with SI partners to win and retain customers.

Partner with cross-functional teams to design and execute quantitative analyses, experiments, forecasting, and visualizations that influence product and business strategy. Translate data into stories and actionable recommendations, measure impact, and present findings to senior leadership.
