Own QA execution for an implementation team through manual, automated, API, functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and end-to-end testing. Develop UI automation with C#, Selenium, and xUnit; perform API testing with Postman and Newman; investigate defects using SQL, logs, browser tools, and cloud environments; maintain QA documentation in Azure DevOps; support releases; and mentor QA engineers while improving testing processes and coverage.

Manage and optimize product feeds across Google, Meta, TikTok and marketplaces. Analyze performance (CTR, ROAS), troubleshoot feed issues, run audits, report insights, support onboarding, and collaborate with internal and client teams to drive visibility and conversion.

Lead end-to-end onboarding and migration of clients onto the feed management platform: gather requirements, map data sources, configure feed rules and category mappings, audit and optimize product feeds (Google Shopping, Meta, marketplaces), troubleshoot data quality and feed rejections, train clients, and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver projects on time.
