Own the India people function, including recruiting coordination, offers, onboarding, employee documentation, engagement, policies, payroll administration, and statutory compliance. Manage employee relations, leave and attendance processes, performance documentation, offboarding, and payroll settlements. Partner with US leadership and operations managers while building HR processes and employee experience programs from the ground up.

Audit claim and denial work for accuracy across human and AI outputs, build and maintain QA scorecards and dashboards, design rule-based quality checks, identify root causes and coach billing teams, and surface reproducible AI error patterns to Product and Engineering.

The Billing Associate will manage claims collections, appeals, and provide feedback on AI-driven workflows within the RCM team.

Own a portfolio of client billing accounts and the team that services them: staff and restaff accounts, set and track production/quality targets, serve as escalation and RCM advisor on denials/A/R trends, coach Team Leads, run performance conversations, and implement cross-team best practices and efficiencies.

The Billing Associate will manage outbound insurance tasks, ensure AI performance, and support insurance setups while collaborating on product development.
