Manages onsite L3 technical FMS service support and EUS product AMC operations for DHL. Responsibilities include team leadership, SLA and incident oversight, customer satisfaction, governance reviews, training, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, billing, reporting, compliance, preventive maintenance, risk mitigation, business continuity rehearsals, and continuous process improvement.

Designs and implements security controls, audit logging, kill switches, PII masking, access controls, and governance for AI/LLM applications. Ensures compliance with RBI Model Risk Management guidelines and CCIL requirements across LLM, agent, API, and cloud layers. Conducts control assessments, maintains audit evidence, remediates security gaps with cross-functional teams, and explains controls and risks to auditors and regulators.

Performs functional, integration, performance, load, stress, failover, and system testing for a shared gateway across applications and agents. Designs API and integration test cases, validates scalability and recovery, tracks defects, and supports pre-production and go-live readiness. Collaborates with development, infrastructure, and security teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure production reliability.

Own end-to-end planning, governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and delivery for enterprise IT projects spanning cloud, infrastructure, IAM, security, compliance, and business teams. Maintain project plans and registers, track provisioning and approvals, lead governance reviews, escalate blockers, prepare status reporting, and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.

Configure and support Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, cash management, expense management, and reporting. Gather requirements, lead design workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, prepare functional specifications, and collaborate on development, testing, integrations, and deployments. Support implementations, upgrades, data migration, financial close activities, UAT, defect resolution, process improvements, user training, and financial controls.
