The role also involves collaboration with architects and security engineers, with preferred experience in AI or API gateways, monitoring, logging, databases, secrets management, and regulated financial environments.

Manage and support Red Hat Linux servers in an onsite 24x7 environment. Responsibilities include server provisioning, installation, configuration, hardening, patching, migration, performance and log monitoring, incident and change management, user and access management, and coordination with Red Hat, HP, and customer teams. The role also requires basic knowledge of Pacemaker, RHEV, LDAP, NFS, ACLs, and Ansible automation, along with effective shift handovers.

Responsibilities include team leadership, SLA and incident oversight, customer satisfaction, governance reviews, training, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, billing, reporting, compliance, preventive maintenance, risk mitigation, business continuity rehearsals, and continuous process improvement.

Designs and implements security controls, audit logging, kill switches, PII masking, access controls, and governance for AI/LLM applications. Ensures compliance with RBI Model Risk Management guidelines and CCIL requirements across LLM, agent, API, and cloud layers. Performs functional, integration, performance, load, stress, failover, and system testing for a shared gateway across applications and agents. Designs API and integration test cases, validates scalability and recovery, tracks defects, and supports pre-production and go-live readiness. Collaborates with development, infrastructure, and security teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure production reliability.

Own end-to-end planning, governance, dependency management, risk mitigation, stakeholder coordination, and delivery for enterprise IT projects spanning cloud, infrastructure, IAM, security, compliance, and business teams. Maintain project plans and registers, track provisioning and approvals, lead governance reviews, escalate blockers, prepare status reporting, and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
