The Finance Analyst will manage accounts payable processes, perform reconciliations, support month-end closing activities, ensure compliance, and maintain documentation, primarily using Excel.

Lead the Reddit advertising partnership business in India, owning P&L, revenue growth, market strategy, forecasting, and major client relationships. Develop localized sales programs, close strategic advertising deals, evangelize Reddit Ads products, and represent the partnership with advertisers, agencies, and regional leadership. Recruit and manage sales, client solutions, and operations teams while overseeing billing, payments, creative support, compliance, and service delivery.

Manage end-to-end mobile app campaign setup, optimization, publisher relationships, and fraud/traffic quality across APAC. Support account teams with performance insights, billing reconciliation, proposals, and publisher onboarding to drive client outcomes.

Manage APAC financial operations, reporting, accounting records, reconciliations, budgets, forecasting, tax compliance, audits, and financial risk. Develop compliance policies, ensure regulatory adherence, analyze financial data, build decision-support models, and collaborate with internal, external, and regulatory stakeholders.

The Finance Intern will support Accounts Receivable and Credit functions, coordinating billing, collections, and reporting in the APAC region while ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial processes.
