The role manages multiple construction and capital improvement projects, influences multidisciplinary teams, and travels to domestic and international data centre sites as required.

Supports solutions engineering for hyperscale data centers in India, including RFP responses, technical documentation, customer presentations, high-level M&E schematics, space planning, engineering calculations, CFD development, and carrier connectivity coordination. The role translates customer requirements into data center design solutions and technical collateral while collaborating with solutions, technology, customer success, and connectivity teams.

Lead customer engagement for hyperscale cloud customers in India, developing and executing customer success strategy, managing complex proposals and contract execution, resolving escalations, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure customer retention, satisfaction, and growth.

Lead the country talent acquisition strategy, partner with senior leaders, oversee recruitment operations, and develop a high-performing team to meet hiring goals.
