Support, configure, maintain, and enhance Accelya’s Workday platform across Recruiting or Talent & Performance, Core HCM, reporting, analytics, data governance, and system releases. Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve issues, deliver improvements, maintain data quality, and support automation and AI-enabled HR technology initiatives.

Designs and delivers scalable, maintainable software features and services for airline technology customers. Responsibilities include coding, technical analysis and estimation, peer reviews, system design, roadmap collaboration, CI/CD improvements, DevOps practices, automated testing, and AI-assisted development and documentation. The role requires software development experience with Java, Python, Go, or similar languages, distributed systems knowledge, and Agile delivery experience.

Designs, develops, tests, and delivers maintainable software features and services using Java and Spring. Performs code reviews, technical analysis, effort estimation, and solution design with engineering and product teams. Supports CI/CD improvements, DevOps practices, automated testing, technical documentation, and AI-assisted development. The role also involves application server deployment and troubleshooting, Oracle and PL/SQL work, distributed systems, and potentially Python, Go, AWS, and airline technology platforms.
