Lead and manage direct and indirect tax (Income Tax, GST) and financial reporting across the company and group entities. Drive tax compliance, controls, reconciliations, audits, assessments, transfer pricing, and ICFR activities. Provide tax advisory for business initiatives, coordinate with stakeholders and external advisors, support audits, and improve accounting, reporting, and tax processes.

Design and deliver scalable, well-tested software features and services. Lead technical analysis, estimations and peer code reviews. Collaborate on technical roadmaps, improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, and use generative/assistive AI tools for development and design documentation.

Design, build and deploy production ML models and generative AI features for airline applications (revenue optimization, demand forecasting, personalization). Implement end-to-end ML pipelines and MLOps on AWS SageMaker, apply LLM fine-tuning, RAG and prompt engineering, collaborate with product/data teams, and mentor junior engineers.

The role involves developing financial policies, overseeing budgeting and forecasting, and collaborating with leaders to achieve financial objectives.

Lead and define the software development vision and roadmap, manage large engineering teams, and ensure scalable, secure, high-quality product delivery. Drive architecture, Agile/DevOps practices, CI/CD, cross-functional alignment, budget and risk management, and report KPIs to the executive team.
