Bengaluru-based IT services company Wipro has expanded its presence in Mumbai by leasing 145,157 square feet of office space at Mindspace Business Parks in Airoli East, Navi Mumbai.
According to reporting by Mint, Mindspace Business Parks is a unit of Mindspace REIT, with registration documents accessed by CRE Matrix indicating that Wipro is set to move into the space later this month.
Wipro has steadily grown its real estate footprint in Mumbai over the past few years, underscoring the strength of Navi Mumbai’s office market as well as the broader Mumbai region, as large IT occupiers continue to prioritize long-term cost stability and operational scale over short-term flexibility, the report added.
