Indian retailer All Things Baby pulled in ₹30 crore in a recent Series A funding round, according to reporting by Entrepreneur India. The capital is equal to about $3.6 million.
The Mumbai-based company runs a digital platform that connects families in India with a curated selection of products for babies and mothers from both domestic and international brands. Its offerings cover everything from strollers and toys to nursing bras and breast pumps.
This is the first external investment for All Things Baby, Entrepreneur India reported, and the funds will help the company broaden its product portfolio to include additional international brands.
All Things Baby already has a flagship store operating in Bengaluru, but the company plans to expand its retail footprint by establishing experiential stores in other major Indian cities. The company will also put funding into developing private labels and using tech to enhance customer engagement.
