Provide fund accounting services for global hedge fund, private equity and debt fund clients. Handle investor capital activities, booking transactions, NAV preparation, fee and carried interest computations, investor and fund-level reporting, and client interaction. Work with complex fund structures (SPVs, master-feeder), multiple asset classes, and instruments including TRS, MBS, and CLOs.

The Manager of Fund Accounting leads a client-facing team focused on complex fund structures, overseeing financial processes, investor reporting, and accounting in a fast-paced finance environment.

Provide fund accounting and client-facing services for global hedge fund, private equity and debt fund clients. Manage complex fund structures, process capital activities, book trading and non-trading transactions, prepare NAV workbooks, compute fees, preferred returns and carried interest, produce investor and fund reporting, and interact with clients on accounting and operational issues.

Support loan operations by reviewing and processing loan settlement documents and lifecycle events (drawdown, rollovers, RateSet, paydown). Use global loan systems (WSO/MARKIT/CLEARPAR), handle client queries, and perform CLO warehousing, compliance checks, and waterfall processing. Coordinate with global counterparts, banks, and brokers, and work across APAC/EMEA/Americas shifts.
