As an Associate within our Banking Operations Transformation team, you will have the opportunity to define, refine, and deliver set goals for our firm each day. This role is pivotal in promoting strategic initiatives and governance processes that support our transformation agenda. Job Responsibilities
- Stay informed about the latest developments in transformation pillars. Provide timely and relevant updates to leadership.
- Deliver impactful presentations for senior leadership forums, such as the Sr. Transformation Council and Transformation Cabinet.
- Work with Transformation and Operations leads on strategic projects, including: Conduct productivity analysis, Refresh Target Operating Model (TOM) activities, Update Process Modernization Priorities (PMP), Map Business Capability Transformation (BCT), Execute other business management-related tasks
- Engage with diverse stakeholders, including experts in technology, operations, process engineering, and data, to drive successful outcomes.
- Craft compelling narratives using storytelling to communicate complex ideas and engage senior stakeholders.
- Apply a strong mix of business management, operations skills, and technical expertise in areas such as automation, process modernization, and data/AI tools to contribute effectively to strategic initiatives.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Self-starter, go-getter attitude along with eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies and domains
- At least 5+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Program management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Familiarity with Transformation tools including:
- Robotic process automation tools (Python, Alteryx, UI Path, Unqork),
- Process engineering (Six Sigma, Business Process Engineering, Signavio),
- Data/AI tools (SQL, Tableau, R/Python, GenAI tools like LLM Suite)
