As a Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in understanding and implementing IP-based fixed access network solutions. Your expertise will be leveraged to perform architecture and design analysis, ensuring our customer's requirements are met. Additionally, you will work closely with various teams and product management to deliver high-quality products and solutions, incorporating real-world customer feedback.

- Gain a deep understanding of IP-based fixed access networks and layer 2/3 protocols.
- Perform architecture and design analysis for customer requirements, ensuring optimal solutions.
- Collaborate closely with team members, DUs, and product management for seamless product delivery.
- Incorporate real-world customer feedback into feature development and product enhancements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in IP-based fixed access network technologies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members and customers when needed.
- Document and maintain technical specifications and design documents.
- Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for task completion.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices in network design and implementation.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues or bottlenecks in network architecture.
Must Have:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field with 8-10 years of relevant experience in SW development.
- Proficient in Python/ Tcl/ Pearl /Java with Datacomm/Networking/NMS Test experience (for test).
- Proficient in clean coding, debugging and problem solving.
Good To Have:
- Familiar with OO design is preferred
- Familiar with multi-core, multi-process, multi-thread programming
- Familiar with network protocol, L2/L3 packet forwarding is preferred
