Job Description
This position is for a software engineer in the recommendation team of platform technology team in Traveloka. As part of the recommendation team you will be working with some of the cutting edge technologies to improve our recommendation efficacy and evolve the overall system. You should have the appetite to take on high complexity problems. Since the company operates in travel domain, we expect our engineers to have very agile mindset.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor in Technology or equivalent in Computer Science from a reputed Institute with good academic results.
Preferred technical skills:
- Java or other OOPS based languages
- SpringBoot or similar framework
- Git and Github/Bitbucket etc.
- Good understanding of RDBMS systems or NoSQL Database systems
- Good OOPS skills
Good interpersonal, communication skills and personal maturity is expected.
Experience:
- Experience in backend development, preferably with Java related systems is preferred.
- Experience with high scale systems is a plus.
- Experience with AWS infrastructure is a plus.
