The mission of our Integration Team is to enable the next generation of safe and secure global money movement, powered by Xoom’s partner network. Today, we manage ~100 different 3rd party integrations, providing services such as mobile wallet, bank deposit, bill payment, reload and cash delivery, globally, with services extending to over 150 countries.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with Business Development, Commercial and Finance to define the integration business opportunity.
  • Understand technical and business requirements, providing support for integration-related discussions with partners.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation to guide engineering and support the integration process.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure requirements are being met, we remain on schedule, and we meet our financial goals.
  • Identify and resolve integration challenges, technical issues, and roadblocks that may arise during the integration process or after the integration is live in production.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our network capabilities and technical tools.
  • Communicate integration opportunities, progress, and challenges with Sr Level audiences.
  • Conduct operational tests and integration validations to ensure end-to-end functionality before the integration goes live to production.
  • Enable promotional content across all available channels (site, app, email, push notifications, in-app notifications) to heighten discoverability of new or improved integration services.
  • Monitor and enhance integration performance to ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and identify improvement opportunities to achieve optimal results.

Basic qualification

  • Minimum of 3 year’s experience in managing end-to-end integration projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and Senior leaders.
  • Strong understanding of API integrations.
  • Basic knowledge of tool management platforms such as Amplitude, Tableau, or similar tools for analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
  • Basic knowledge of Jira or similar platforms for project tracking and collaboration.
  • Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create and maintain integration specifications, process flows, and technical documentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Tableau, showcasing the ability to create visually compelling an insightful dashboards.
  • Experience using Python for data analysis, enabling effective extraction of insights and trends.
  • Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis and data visualization, enhancing capabilities in monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding java code, software development methodologies and processes.
  • Have experience in working with remittances business and/or cryptocurrency.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline) is preferred.
