Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned IAM professional with at least 13+ years of experience in leading and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise and holistic understanding of the domain including Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, Ping Federate, Ping Access and directory services with a proven ability to drive end-to-end delivery and operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage 24x7 team of seasoned IAM professionals.
- Support applications across multiple domains and regions.
- Architect, implement, and maintain secure identity solutions using Active Directory, Entra ID, and SSO technologies.
- Oversee integration and governance of Key IAM efforts including modernization efforts from legacy infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance, scalability, and resilience of key SSO infrastructure pieces like Active Directory, Entra ID, Ping and directory services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align security strategies with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in IAM practices.
Education, Technical Skills & Other Critical Requirement
Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or another related field.
Experience
(In Years)
- At least 13+ years of overall experience in IAM and SSO domain.
- At least 8+ years of relevant experience in managing business critical IAM and SSO team.
- Experience in Production support, Incident and Change Management processes.
- Holistic understanding of Active Directory, Entra ID, SSO, Ping Federate, Ping Access, and directory services.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, Azure Security Engineer, Ping Certified Professional) are a plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
