As a Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Corporate & Investment Banking's Reconciliations Products Team, you will dive head-first into creating innovative and efficient solutions that advance businesses and careers. The role will be focused towards building nextgen reconciliation systems. You'll join an inspiring and curious team of technologists dedicated to improving the design, analytics, development, coding, testing and application programming that goes into creating high quality software and new products.
Job Responsibilities :
- Demonstrate good coding practices and being able to understand requirements to translate them into delivering to clients.
- Develop using Java, Spring boot OR Python and related frameworks along with JavaScript, React or similar UI frameworks.
- Participate in the whole development cycle: coding, testing, code reviewing - while actively participates in agile events.
- Provide Level-3 support is a key asset to assist users with their inquiries.
- Participate in the deployment process.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Java, Spring boot and related framework OR Python
- Experience in AWS and components
- Experience in Spark
- SQL Oracle
- OOP experience
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience in building cloud native application.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Spinnaker.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills :
- Experience in JavaScript and React.
- Experience with Kafka/messaging systems
