Associate Accounts Payable Analyst

IAS is searching for a high energy, highly motivated Account Payable Analyst who has a proven track record of processing AP with both manual based and system based processes. Strong communicator and ability to work with multiple levels of management for approvals. Independently able to complete tasks, but also, strong team player and ability to work with the team on a regular basis. Additionally, process Travel and Entertainment reports on a bi-monthly basis and credit card expense transactions in banking and accounting systems.
Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Key contributor and lead on AP for both T&E and vendor bills.
• Process bills on a timely basis and enter into the accounting system (Sage Intacct - middleware ERP and Netsuite).
• Organize bills in a standardized/electronic process.
• Obtain and manage invoice approval through a manual email based process.
• Reconcile AP ledger on a regular basis– invoices and T&E – by comparing processed entries to reports.
• Regular AP aging analytics with Accounting department management.
• Payment preparation by vendor and invoices, and reports to communicate to accounting management.=
• Vendor analysis and reporting of payment terms and reviewing updated terms with accounting management.
• Review T&E reports submitted in Concur and process T&E payments
• Assistance of accruals for both T&E and vendor invoices on the month-end process.

Key Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4-6 years with processing AP bills, setting up vendors, and payment of vendors.
• 4+ years of AP system and T&E system (Concur - plus).
• Experience with excel – intermediate to advanced preferred.
• Highly organized, strong communication – both written and verbal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
